“I believe that what you do on your cell phone is none of their damn business. Can a single warrant be applied to millions of Americans’ emails, cell phones and credit cards?” (Rand Paul)
I think that this it a good quote because it is totally true and that one warrant cannot apply to so many millions of people, and like I have undoubtedly said earlier most of which are innocent. The fact that an influential political is saying this and is calling it unacceptable could be just to promote his popularity with the people and taking advantage of the current presidents stupidity. But Rand Paul does have a few very valid points that do show how stupid the whole NSA thing really is.
"According to the paper, the NSA is currently spying on 320 high-level targets in Germany, “mainly decision-makers from the field of politics, but also from business”. In particular, this select group includes those close to the chancellor. Specifically, the paper names Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière (Christian Democratic Union, CDU), who was also the target of an NSA wiretap when he was defense minister." (Fars News-agency)
What is this??? Another example that america can not even trust some of its closest and strongest allies??? Imagine if this was the other way around and Germany or in fact any one of americas allies was spying on american politicians then there would be uproar throughout the united states but because for some reason the USA has given themselves some right that they are protectors of liberty its ok for them to spy. If one of americas allies had been spying on america, I am sure that war would not be that far behind, because standing up to the united states of america is such a crime these days. Who gave them this right to spy on the world when they can't even solve the social problems of there own country. If the american way was so great how come the Afghan president is speaking so strongly against the USA???
