Google makes NSA look good!
In an Attempt to try and stop the NSA from spying on the private emails. Google an establishment not famed for its security of clients is trying to stop people spying on private information. This makes one realize that believe it or not google is the lesser of two evils in this situation, as surprising as it sounds it is true. "All messages sent and received through Gmail are now encrypted, making them extremely difficult to intercept" (mail online)
How can we defend an organisation when even google are taking precautions to try and stop the NSA and their online spying obsession.

This is how we treat the innocent people of America and in fact the world. A whole society based on mistrust and no privacy. "Move follows revelations in documents leaked last year by Edward Snowden that spy agency can look at private messages"

"Reports have indicated that the NSA was hacking into fiber optic cables used by tech companies to send data to and from data servers scattered around. The trouble is that the data sent through these cables is usually not encrypted, which allowed NSA spies easy access to the information being sent."
Why is it that after all this time and complaining about the unconstitutionality of the NSA and how spying on innocent people is wrong they are still doing it TODAY, RIGHT this SECOND! How is it that although people are complaining nothing is being done to try and stop the NSA. Why is no one taking any notice of this and trying to stop it? "The National Security Agency has defended its work against Edward Snowden's allegations - but also pledged more transparency about its work"
The Agency defends its work? How can it defend its work? If they want to have more transparency how come we still don't know what they are doing, and saying they are doing it for national security can be said to almost anything, doesn't mean it justifies taking away the liberties of innocent people.

“I believe that what you do on your cell phone is none of their damn business. Can a single warrant be applied to millions of Americans’ emails, cell phones and credit cards?” (Rand Paul)
I think that this it a good quote because it is totally true and that one warrant cannot apply to so many millions of people, and like I have undoubtedly said earlier most of which are innocent. The fact that an influential political is saying this and is calling it unacceptable could be just to promote his popularity with the people and taking advantage of the current presidents stupidity. But Rand Paul does have a few very valid points that do show how stupid the whole NSA thing really is.
"According to the paper, the NSA is currently spying on 320 high-level targets in Germany, “mainly decision-makers from the field of politics, but also from business”. In particular, this select group includes those close to the chancellor. Specifically, the paper names Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière (Christian Democratic Union, CDU), who was also the target of an NSA wiretap when he was defense minister." (Fars News-agency)
What is this??? Another example that america can not even trust some of its closest and strongest allies??? Imagine if this was the other way around and Germany or in fact any one of americas allies was spying on american politicians then there would be uproar throughout the united states but because for some reason the USA has given themselves some right that they are protectors of liberty its ok for them to spy. If one of americas allies had been spying on america, I am sure that war would not be that far behind, because standing up to the united states of america is such a crime these days. Who gave them this right to spy on the world when they can't even solve the social problems of there own country. If the american way was so great how come the Afghan president is speaking so strongly against the USA???

When it comes to some aspects of the american government these statements become truer and truer

The age of 24 hour a day surveillance of everyone in our land is not too far away according to Julian Assange, "The NSA and GCHQ will soon have the ability to spy on the entire planet, as their capabilities double every 18 months". This seems kind of scary that such a capability is even possible. This is when the word privacy becomes a myth and nothing anyone does will be private, and things we do not want the world know will be available for people who maybe we would not like to know it. No man or institution can consider themselves to be "god" or above the law, and the NSA along with other such organisation. I go off on the premiss that man is naturally good, and that people are actually naturally innocent and that the spying of predominately innocent people is wrong and immoral. Somehow they have the premiss that they are justified in spying on the populace. Does this seem right that we use the advances in our technology for greed and the general spying of the general populace. Not only this but the NSA wants to end freedom of speech which is the first amendment? So people who are in charge don't need to apply to the law? The people upholding our laws don't even have to abide by them? Is this what our world has come to? That people are divided by government, the people who we vote for handicap us by taking away our laws from us. And just how effective is this?? are they really protecting us??
an with all these violations of Privacy what do they achieve???
The answer is nothing, they spy on innocent people but they don't catch the bad guys! What is up with that?
Why are they spying on us in excess and STILL not getting the bad guys?
Don't claim to be doing your job by spying on people and then don't do it well.
If your gonna break the law and spy on people, spy on the right ones!

Why would Snowden give all this up, to become a whistle-blower?
The simple answer is he wouldn't give up this perfect life, on a salary 4 times the average American income, with a house is Hawaii (which is one of the most popular tourist destinations and is famed for its beauty), Edward Snowden before he unveiled the NSA's dark truth, could have had almost whatever he liked. No man would give up on a salary has high as his was, and life a of plenty as he had, unless he saw or came across something that he thought was very important. Why would someone want to be on the run from the American government for the rest of his life, never being able to rest a night properly, going from country to country, never being able to return to his home-country? First of all in the United States of America the constitution made by the founding fathers (Benjamin Franklin, John Adams,  Thomas Paine) to protect the liberty of America and its occupants. The spying on all people nationwide, and in fact wold-wide, if the hacking of Angela Merkel's Mobile telephone turns out to be true,  is very wrong and a complete violation of everything the constitution stands  for. So the NSA is in direct violation of the constitution which is what all people in America have to stick to.... How does that work? The NSA can violate the constitution but normal people get arrested if they even have a minor infraction of it. Why is it so important for normal people to obied by the rules of the Constitution if it can be bypassed by government institution that people didn't vote for to spy on them??? Why would hacking phones, looking through emails and texted of INNOCENT PEOPLE be for the good of the nation? I think I am rambling a little at this point so I'll bring it back to Mr Snowden, why is he a traitor for pointing out that a government institution is doing something that is unconstitutional? This brings up the possibility that some can ignore the rules of the lands when it suits them..then is the United States of America really the land of the free if some can ignore the rules when it suits them? Edward Snowden did not destabilise the USA, the NSA along with US government have broken the rules of the land they supposedly uphold. The USA has no right to call Edward Snowden a traitor if in fact he is a bigger constitutional patriot than the entire US government. Traitor no, Hero maybe. The whole media storm about him being a traitor is just a smoke screen to stop the public from realising the unlawful way the US government is spying on us through our computers.
