STOP SPYING ON US!!
"The US government, with assistance from major telecommunications carriers including AT&T, has engaged in a massive illegal dragnet surveillance of domestic communications and communications records of millions of ordinary Americans since at least 2001. Since this was first reported on by the press and discovered by the public in late 2005, EFF has been at the forefront of the effort to stop it and bring government surveillance programs back within the law and the Constitution."
Turns out that the US Government has been spying not only on innocent US citizens under the cover of counter terrorism and the claim that it is in the protection in of the country. Not only has the NSA been going through American citizens personal Information but they have also been spying on citizens beyond america’s borders. WHAT??? Not only is this unconstitutional of the government of the supposed land of the free but you do not spy on you allies in Europe, and you especially do not hack the German Prime Ministers Mobile phone! The NSA has created a Global Surveillance state and it is destroying what little trust the world has with the USA that still remains. The US government then calls Edward Snowden a traitor and a criminal just because he showed the world that the US is doing something illegal!

Social Networking and google
Looking at your Facebook or your twitter or for a select few people google plus is a normal daily thing. Many of us feel unnatural when we go without one of these site for more than a day, some feel slightly weird even if they go without Facebook for more than a few hours. However is this good? We do not know what these sights do with all this information they have on us, they have no obligation to keep all our personal information...personal, this is a problem. What do they do with this. Well the fact is none of what we put as private is in fact private. If we write anything on Google Plus of Facebook that is personal, a poem or a song, it does not belong to the person who wrote it, no it belongs to Facebook or Google Plus, so if this song was catchy and or this poem was good so and one got the poem published or the song got played on the radio, Facebook or google would be liable to sue you. Does this seem right or fair to you? Does this normal for a modern day democracy? unfortunately modern day media companies like these can take advantage of their addictive nature and make us not realize that our ideas could be stolen by billion dollar companies who make billions of dollars of revenue each year. This brings me to a slightly different subject of does this infringe on the freedom of the internet, after all the internet is supposedly a place where people could become artist within their own rights (according to Steve Jobs old CEO of Apple), a place where people can become inventive, and what good is this when peoples creativity can be so easily stolen by billion dollar Companies that don't need the money really. The internet should be something where people can be free to explore and create beauty. This does not seem fair for all the people who have the ability to be create but don't want to due to the fact that getting what they have created to a wider audience via Facebook or Google plus is just not possible if what they have created can so easily cost them so much money, in the form of being sued. The power of these companies if anything disrupts the inventiveness of the public, and the common man. The internet is not a free place if this carries on.
ALL Powerful google, and other companies (social networks)
Do we really want one company having so much power over us? And make us have opinions over things that are not our opinions? the fact that google can control what adverts you see what comes up when you search things, what things are deemed suitable and unsuitable. They for some reason have this power to decide all these quite important things for us, without asking us they do this for us and in our subconscious (according to research). In this blog i will talk about the supreme power that some companies have over us, and whether they have the right to abuse these powers.
